After kicking off the year at Rogers Place, Love Pro Wrestling returned to the Rec Room for their first pair of events of 2025. For the first time ever, the LPW Tag Team Championships were defended in the main event, as Intangible Violence looked to end the 400+ day title reign of Ride or Die in a Hardcore Tornado Tag Team Match. Additionally, both Los Suavecitos and Big Ben Ortmanns made their LPW debuts, taking on the RADz and Michael Richard Blais, respectively.
